Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a project take?

A logo design typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Business cards or flyers take 3 to 5 days. A full brand identity package takes 2 to 4 weeks. The biggest delay is usually waiting on content and feedback, so the faster you respond, the faster you get your finished design.

How many revisions do I get?

I include 2 rounds of revisions on every project. In practice, most clients are happy after the first revision. If we are way off base (rare, because I do thorough research upfront), we will work together until it is right.

Will I own the design?

Yes. 100%. Once the project is complete and paid for, all files and rights are yours. You will never have to come back to me just to get your own logo file.

How does pricing work?

Every project is custom-quoted based on your specific needs. Most projects involve three phases: research, sketching, and final design. I provide a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises. Visit my services page for starting prices.

What if I already have a logo but need other materials?

I work with existing brands all the time. Send me your logo and any brand guidelines you have, and I will create materials that match perfectly. If your existing logo needs a refresh, I can handle that too.

What makes you different from other designers?

I am a fine artist first. I have been drawing for over four decades. When you hire me, your project starts with a pencil sketch, not a template library. I also work with my husband Ed, who brings direct response marketing expertise. So your designs do not just look good. They are built to get results.

Do you sell original art?

Yes! I sell original art prints, stickers, mugs, apparel, and more through my online shop. I also accept commissions for custom artwork and pet portraits.
